- AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VILLA HILLS, IN KENTON COUNTY, KENTUCKY ADOPTING THE 2017 S-4 SUPPLEMENT TO THE CITY OF VILLA HILLS, KENTUCKY CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS RECENTLY PREPARED BY THE AMERICAN LEGAL PUBLISHING CORPORATION.WHEREAS, the American Legal Publishing Corporation has recently updated the City of Villa Hills Code of Ordinances, which incorporates Kentucky statutory changes and integrates City Ordinances changes through and including Ordinance 2016-14;BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF VILLA HILLS, KENTUCKY:SECTION IThe 2017 S-4 Supplement to City of Villa Hills, Kentucky Code of Ordinances, as recently prepared by the American Legal Publishing Corporation is hereby adopted.SECTION IIAny and all Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance shall be, and hereby are, repealed to the extent of said conflict.SECTION IIIThe provisions of this ordinance are severable and the invalidity of any provision of this ordinance shall not affect the validity of any other provisions hereof, and such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect as long as they remain valid in the absence of that provision determined to be invalid.SECTION IVThis Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage, and may be published in summary form, and recording, according to law.Passed by the City Council this 16th day of August 2017.City of Villa Hills, KentuckyA Municipal CorporationIrvin T. “Butch” Callery /s/Irvin T. “Butch: Callery, MayorAttest: Craig T.
